Leigh Walrath
Leigh lives to ride mountain and gravel bikes, and when he isn’t riding he’s researching new places to go. He has been very active in the development of local and regional mountain bike trails for nearly 20 years. Leigh also enjoys paddling the countless small Adirondack lakes, rivers and streams that initially drew him to the region decades ago, and which were prominent in his decision to pursue a career in aquatic ecology. Now retired, Leigh also loves to read, woodwork, fix abandoned bikes to donate to others, and travel to pursue outdoor activities of all types.
