PHOTO GALLERY: 2025 Weekender at Paul Smith's College
When absolutely perfect Adirondack weather rolls into town at the same time as 125 amazing cyclists with ages ranging from 41 to 86, it's impossible to have a bad time at the Weekender at Paul Smith's College.
We have photos of riding, s'more eating, hammocking, paddling, hiking, music listening and lots and lots of laughter. Plus we raised money for the New York Bicycling Coalition and Saranac Lake Youth Center.
What the riders said...
I felt like a kid at camp. Great biking which was good for the body with beautiful paddling that’s good for the soul. - Karen, Ballston Lake, NY
Bike ADK always delivers exceptional value at the Weekender at Paul Smiths. Ride support is outstanding, in fact the Roadie staff quickly become old friends. The college campus setting in the ADK is heavenly. - Dick Scheutzow, Syracuse, NY
If you're an avid bike rider, or if you haven't ridden in 30 years, this weekend is perfect for you! - Regina & Joe, West Charleston, VT
The Paul Smith's Weekender run by Doug at BikeADK is one of the best biking experiences we've had! The setting is beautiful, the routes were well thought out and supported. The GPS app worked beautifully and the course was well marked all three days. There was very little traffic making it all the better. The scenery on the rides and at the college were amazing. We were so happy we chose to stay in the dormitory on campus with the dining hall. It gave us more time for the fun after the ride and made it so much more relaxing. The food was delicious and offered so much variety we definitely over ate. We made some friends and just had an overall wonderful biking experience. Doug was very accessible the entire time and communication was great. He gave the answers before we had the questions. We are planning to return. It was the highlight of the summer for us. - Deb Koch, Stroudsburg, PA
Such a great weekend get-away doing just what I love with a whole bunch of kind-hearted folks doing the same thing! Sign up and enjoy! - Judith Reilly, Utica, NY
Everyone feels welcome, no matter what your riding level or type of bike. - Donna Leban, South Burlington, VT
